Week one done.

If you read my last post you will know I just turned 40 and trying to get healthy.  I finished my week with 4 (30min) walks on my treadmill at a incline of 5.  Feel the burn baby!!!!!  To my surprise I fell really good. In fact the days I did not walk I found myself looking forward more to the next one.

So today is weigh in day at WW and I feel good about it. I let you know how I do.
